Wow, Morning went to gym, saw a guy hogging the rack, the t bar and the incline press. most annoying thing was that he wasn’t squatting! but it’s ok, maybe this stupid episode in the morning led to me pullnig 140kg again

Deadlift 60kg X5
90kg X5
120kg X2
140kg X1 (again after not pulling for 2 months+)
100kg X8

Weighted chins 20kg 5X5 cleared
