Goblets Gout Recovery

I won’t lie down, somehow. picked up my 27kg dumbbell and did the routine.
120 goblet squats (27kg)
20/15/25/15/15/13/17
took about 10 minutes. feel like going for a pull up ladder later.

Still adjusting, less meat for real. diary is ok, am looking at carrots and broccoli/ papayas to alkali my system.
