One of those days (shoulder)

Today was supposed to be a max effort upper body
was aiming to go for 75kg on the bench today.
but it just happened to be one of those days where i just couldn’t pull myself to the gym
instead i just spammed the black coffee, shut my trap, put down the excuses

picked up the 2 dumbbells at 14.5kg, yea weaksauce
german volume training 10X10 with a minute rest in between
Standing Dumbbell Military presss. Various grip employed
10/10/10/7/8/7/8/7/7/10 14.5kg dumbbells
200 pushups

Swimming

went to cgh sports medicine and finally learned what unknotting my muscles are all about. really good lesson. my legs will be totally different

key point, go hard on ur release techniques
