went back to camp. Laze around for the whole day and made a little booboo at the last minute of the day. hopefully everythings ok in the end.

went home, had some whey , took my bag of chalk and the 12kg dumbbell.
Chin – city
45 reps total, first rep 8.
Gonna up it to 14.5kg already.. once i cleared a 60 repper and a 10 repper for first.
+15 pull ups BW

one arm rows. 24.5kg X 40 reps per side in 3 sets..

back to camp. 44 days and 15 hours. pray for me
