Trained everything at home today. after a food poisoning fiasco yesterday.

But today’s workout kicked ass. Lats on fire baby.
Weighted Chins BW+12kg . 10 sets totallying 40/41 rep
BW :40 reps. will add another 20 tonight

One arm Dumbell row 24.5kg 40 reps/side.

milk whey bread beef patties. everything came from cows man, dang.
